A minor liposuction procedure extracts adipose (fat) tissue from your abdomen. Your stem cells are then isolated and prepared in our specialized laboratory using the exact protocol validated in clinical trials.

Stem Cell Injection Procedure
Your autologous stem cells are injected directly into the penile tissue via intracavernous injection. This single-treatment procedure takes approximately 30-45 minutes and is performed under local anesthesia.

Post-Treatment Monitoring

Your 2–4 day stay and recovery
Most patients complete The Nordic Method over 2–4 days in Costa Rica. The treatment day itself takes about 6 hours at the hospital and clinic. Most men are walking, using their phone or laptop, and able to do light activities the next day, with a few days of soreness around the liposuction area.
The regenerative effect continues over the following months, so the main “downtime” is short, but the biological repair is gradual.

Objective Monitoring
At each consultation we measure improvement using the IIEF scale (international scale for measuring ED) from your baseline level before surgery.
